Students are encouraged to sit in chairs, and will be provided cushions and blankets to remain comfortable while practicing.

My workshops and classes are designed to introduce beginners to meditation, and help them to set up a practice which they can continue at home.

I take a simple, straightforward approach to teaching, and the material is secular so people of all faiths will feel comfortable.
